Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 4060 platform. By registering for or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated below.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the 4060 platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 4060 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms is deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

The 4060 platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above who are located in a jurisdiction where the relevant activity is lawful. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the local laws applicable to them.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Account Registration

To access the full range of services on the 4060 platform, you are required to register an account by providing truthful, accurate, and current information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts without written authorisation is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details — including your username and password — confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Please contact us immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.

User Responsibilities

  • Providing accurate and up-to-date registration information.
  • Not sharing your account with any other party.
  • Not using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Notifying 4060 of any changes to your personal information.

Platform Usage Rules

All users of the 4060 platform are required to comply with the usage rules set out below. The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:

  • Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or play on the platform without authorisation.
  • Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt 4060's systems, servers, or networks.
  • Impersonating another individual or entity while using the platform.
  • Exploiting any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
  • Distributing harmful, obscene, defamatory, or privacy-violating content through the platform.

4060 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

Payment Information, Deposits & MYR Transactions

All financial transactions on the 4060 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via supported payment methods, including online banking through FPX, TNG digital wallet, and Maybank or CIMB banking.

Transaction Limits and Conditions

  • All deposits must be made using a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same user's name.
  • 4060 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
  • Deposit processing times vary depending on the chosen method — typically ranging from instant to 15 minutes.
  • Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, subject to the receiving bank's policies.
  • Any attempt to process payments using unauthorised methods or third-party accounts will be declined and may result in account suspension.

4060 is not responsible for any payment delays caused by third parties, including banking institutions or digital wallet operators.

Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

The 4060 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 4060 makes no express or implied warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. 4060 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, service disruptions, technical errors, or unauthorised access by third parties.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 4060 platform — including logos, graphics, text, user interfaces, and software — is the property of 4060 or its respective licensors and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written consent from 4060.

Third-Party Links

The 4060 platform may contain references to third-party services. 4060 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or service. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Account Suspension and Closure

4060 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice in cases of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request by a relevant authority. Any credit balance in an account closed due to a terms violation may not be refunded, subject to case-by-case assessment.

Changes to Terms

4060 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
